I have converted a regular IRA to a Roth IRA and you can do a partial.I would recommend looking into notes to as a potential income / cashflow investment.I don't think I am supposed endorse an outside company on the thread but will say that I have been very happy with my IRA company, PM me if you want their contact info.

@Dion DePaoli in the day and I know I am a dinosaur but we sold notes with an endorsement on the back that simply said with recourse.. which means if it went bad the buyer of note could recourse against us.. which would include paying it off in cash replacement or if we could not pay they would sue us..
