The primary factors that make up your premium are 1) reconstruction costs 2) fire rating 3) coverage levels on liability, separate structures and various endorsements and somewhere in there ( a black box so to speak) is your credit rating.

I'd say I'm pretty cautious on this kind of stuff due to a bad history with Multi Level Marketing scams.If it had the "Bigger Pocket's" endorsement I'd be a lot more comfortable.Thanks in advance, appreciate anything thrown this way... good/bad/ugly!

Only after they've handed over the keys and signed the document do we give them a $250 check, which they have to endorse and cash, so we get double the documentation of a move out related payment.... so if they somehow "work their way back into the property" after we've changed the locks, we have 2 signatures proving they were paid to vacate the property.
