I am having issues with one property I own in Cahokia.  

Under $100k, were talking Old, beat up, it's coming with issues and the vast majority of time there is hidden uglies that come out later. 

If the damage is minor, again I think the tenant can simply claim the quality of the appliance was poor and they have the door-seal quality issue to further back up this claim.

The reality is there are many issues with ADUs as an investments and the poor valuation is just one of them.  

Not that I plan to live in or even visit the US anytime soon, but I don't want to deal with winter-related issues like heating, de-winterizing a home etc. 

Gee - Guess that means every amortization schedule ever issued by a lender or anyone else is wrong!

I’ve worked for some group home providers where they employ a maintenance worker who handles some of these issues (usually if the have multiple homes in a specific geographic location) and I’ve worked for homes where the handiest employee fixes things and that option doesn’t always have the best outcomes.

(Due to some financial issues with him in the past, I'm not willing to cosign for him)  Would a rental agreement with the roommates suffice?
