the whole crap about none of them reading the thing is ridiculous. they didn't have 24 hours as suggested. they actually had most of it for weeks and only needed to read up on the changes.while i don't agree with chevis' trite view on president obama and the elderly, i do agree with him that it is ncessary to inform yourselves on issues and pay attention to local politics as well.remember, we elect those that lead us. we all have a say in one way or another.

It could include actually carrying a loan on a property they own free and clear, wrapping an existing mortgage, land contracts, or lease options.I bought my first house many years ago with seller financing from an elderly seller who didn't need the cash immediately, and was happy to carry a note and collect the extra money from the interest.

I have the legal description of the property, the name of the the original owners who bought the place in 1978 (both elderly and deceased as of late 2009).The master commissioner website also details that "by virtue of his (deceased owner) Last Will and Testament, devised the above described property to (his son's name).
