In my worst house I took a sledge hammer to the floor and busted out a trench.I inclined the ditch and put down gravel.I laid down some pipes and directed them into the sump pit.Now the water is simply flushed away.

We finally ditched them because their service sucked, when we needed pics, they were sloppily taken and really were not usable, and then they kept lying to us about things being done when they were not done and over billing us for repairs.

VRBO is collecting it; they just aren't passing it on to you unless you pay them another 3 points.We ditched the whole HA/VRBO credit card system for our properties and went with our own processor.
