One piece of literature I have read indicates that an ESA may be turned down if the animal is too large to be kept in the space humanely, I would imagine a dog being kept in a 150 square foot room would not be considered humane.

I've always felt strongly about passing on something of solid value to my child (now 35 :-) and inheriting a few pieces of property can be life changing and take a lot of stress away...particularly in this changing world (and country ) which I see getting worse.I have recently talked with him about partnering up with me on some long term rentals, and now that he has a great job and very nice family income, he is interested.
