OK I do break some.Fortunately for me I do not suffer from the disabling effects of emotions and always place business at the forefront in making my decisions..Mitigating tenant issues will always come down to proper tenant training and strict unwavering enforcement of all lease articles.

I am thinking of getting licensed but I a disability that would provent me from showing most properties personally (mainly those with stairs or other access barriers do to wheelchair use).My question is....would I still be able to find success?

In order to get me covered for this the doctors are going to declare me 100% totally disabled which will allow them to have me participate in a clinical study for a recently approved procedure which may well abate or cure the melanoma altogether.It is chemotherapy but is supposed to be in a pill form.

I still adhere to all the usual tenancy checks and screenings.I totally agree with the statements about looking for higher class tenants HOWEVER Las Vegas is a different market and my property is near Downtown in a low socio-economic area.The A++ tenants with college degrees aren't looking to rent in this neighborhood.I am personally dumbfounded by people who don't have a spare $1000-$2000 tucked away however my experience in the USA, what I've read and what I've been told shows that many people are living from paycheck to paycheck and don't have any savings.5 of my tenants in the USA get disability or some sort of monthly check from the government.

There is no prohibition under Alabama law.But, if you do not normally require renter's insurance, then you can't require it of a tenant who has a disability animal.
