You can outsource your accounting department or just partial work.

Dear BP Family,  Here comes another encounter of LL/Tenant question for the experienced Landlords out there. 

Subsequently, we just received a notice of violation with the Chicago Department of Buildings that list a handful of exterior items and mold in that same tenant's apartment (which they were not able to verify because the tenant wouldn't let them in).

Back to the hypothetical 10 acres, if you want to create 20 lots on 10 acres that's zoned for one house per acre, then you likely have to go through the application phase with the county, planning department approval, public hearing, and town/county commission approval for the rezoning that differs from the Master Land Use Plan.

We have 35k in savings. (20k of which is from an estate) We were told, to our surprise, by the town housing department that we have a 3rd unit registered.

Their legal department admitted fault and they removed the charge from my account. 

Even tried going to the tax department at the township and they couldn't help.

If you are really concerned about the legality why not give your city planning and development department a call to find out from the source?
