Every single time someone gives me "advice" on investing or a career path i spend a few minutes contemplating whether or not they take their own advice.

After reading stories from landlords about AC units been stolen and sold on the local craigslist for 10% of replacement cost, I'm contemplating whether to steel cage all my rental's AC unit.

I have a Bay Area home with a pool heater and I continuously contemplate filling in the pool every year.

Update: The semi truck and the two non-commerial vehicles were all owned by the person who owned the house and were all transfered to the same estate.We are contemplating a cash offer for the three vehicles as a gamble...
