Are people unable to get financing on condos in California?

Hello there Everyone!

I am contemplating selling a condo that I own in the Hanford area and my property manager is telling me that it will be very difficult to sell because banks aren't financing condos in that area.... this does not sound right to me.... Partially because I current do have a bank loan against the property and I have never heard of something like this. I understand that banks like to see a majority of owner occupants over renters but why would the PM be hesitant to put it on the market?
