I plan to let them keep the cameras but will issue a warning, as well as will have them sign an addendum protecting myself from potential liability related to audio/video recording without visitors' consent, or privacy intrusion liability if the cameras are capturing parts of the neighbors' properties.

;-)so - we had an eviction scheduled -- the tenant moved out and ran to florida - it took a while - but we finally got them to court and negotiated a consent judgment for 50% with the agreement that they make monthly payments in the amount of $100 starting in November ------ duh --------- no payment ----- so as I understand it - there's no garnishment in florida ------- but I would like a referral for a collections attorney, please, if anyone can help me --- thanks so much!!!
