need attorney referral, please

hey -- good morning!  so --- i'm new to this group ------- not so new to the business ------- but just when you think you've seen it all ------- well ------ guess what -------- there's always one more 'omg' left in the tenant bag!  ;-)

so - we had an eviction scheduled -- the tenant moved out and ran to florida - it took a while - but we finally got them to court and negotiated a consent judgment for 50% with the agreement that they make monthly payments in the amount of $100 starting in November ------ duh --------- no payment -----

so as I understand it - there's no garnishment in florida ------- but I would like a referral for a collections attorney, please, if anyone can help me ---
