I wish a banner would call out theses dual types of listings but I would really rather them not allow for Airbnb listings on FF site and stay in there on lane as well.

Furnished Finder is great but I would make sure you are creating an integrated calender amongst newer sites that you add on.

They can get complicated from a tax perspective after your death so I would be sure to make your tax professional aware of the situation and make sure they get copies of the trust documents for planning purposes.
