I allow pets with a pet fee and have a cleaning fee, tenants change out every 3-6 months on my MTR usually.

The smell of mildew is strong.I know the repairs part...but the mildew smell and such will be a new challenge.Besides replacing the damaged areas, I was recommended to shellac the entire floors and spray a mildew solution everywhere.

For person who is not afraid of Heights, a bucket truck might be do it yourself solution.
