This forms a relationship then I'm free to get into our latest project and share investment / marketing materials.If you are following different regs and your investment allows some non-accredited investors then your marketing strategy IMO could be broader and could include webinars as I've seen others do this approach.

And even if he had full grasp of the entire market, he might pass out on some deals as results of having a broader database.Also, the 6% in the contract means that I'd have to pay the 3% almost every time since most sellers would have their own agents.
