Hello All, I am new to the Real Estate scene.

Fortunately the carpet is new, so barring any disaster, I should be covered by tenant's deposit for any damages that occur in the future.  

However being new to the multi-family unit scene, we're trying to read up on multi-unit RE investing as well as purchasing pre-foreclosure/foreclosure properties.

This is how it worked: the "land agent" had a buddy on the scene who set up a big bladder full of water a bit further up the mountain, ran a hose through the brush down the mountain, and buried the last fifteen feet.

There Good restaurants and bars and a great Farmer's market.

Feel free to let me know if there is a better venue for this inquiry.I was trying to enter an investment into my BP Profile, but ran into several issues....(1) sometimes I couldn't get to the [Save] button (it was below my screen and the scroll bar would not let me scroll down that far, (2) when I finally figured a way to see the [Save] button, it wouldn't Save.
