A lot of online "applications" through popular sites like Zillow or others will either redact this or will delete the application.... not idea.

Not a solution, but going forward...Have all adult tenant prospects fill out applications which require their social security number, driver's license number, their birth date, their current address and their prior address.

My question is, for the unit I am moving out of, what’s the best company to use for online applications, tenant screening, background checks, credit pull, etc. ?

Do you guys recommend using a sentricon bait system, or a termidor SC liquid trenching and drilling application?

I have not tried these, only one of our local property management companies uses this method.I'd be nervous about missing out on both the feedback about the unit and a chance to check out and informally interview applicants.
