I don't have any kids yet, but my plan was to aggravate them so horribly bad that they decide to educate, as opposed to me forcing it on them.

Keeping up with who has and has not kept up their renters insurance and evicting those who failed to get it, or keep it, would be nothing short of aggravating.

Less aggravation and better returns...but Detroit does work, and it is appreciating fast.The City is getting a better handle on taxes and actually lowering them in some cases, but as all REI know, the SEV from the city has little to do with the actual sale price the property will sell for. 

My closing attorney (who is my cousin) will not close a loan with their office because of how difficult they were to deal with and the aggravation on staff.

What is your time and aggravation worth?

I’m sure I could save $$$ by buying used but I don’t need aggravation in my life and the price differential isn’t great enough for me to be concerned about.
