They had two kids sleeping in the basement, one of them with carpet and clothes and toys that were saturated.I reported it to DFS and the kids were removed that day.

We have an SFR property next to a quad and it seems like every few weeks there's a pile of stuff outside like clothes and mattresses, thus I assume they have a pretty high turnover.
