Hi guys,  Just wanted to talk shop with the BP network and get a feel of where people are in their journey.  Completely open discussion, no right or wrong responses.   Just a learning exercise.

When did you get your start?

I got my start in 2013

Why did you get started in REI?

Dead end job with an economic cap.  I was looking for a way to make money without having to work?  

Do yo invest locally?

No, 750 Miles away from NY in the Mid-West.

What type of investor are you?

Buy and hold for cash flow

What strategies have you implored in your journey?

Seller financing

Lease option

Wholesaling

Buy and hold residential/ commercial.

What are your plans for next 5 years?

Grow to a 1000 unit rental portfolio or $30k monthly cash flow
