Ultimately I decided the best option for me was simply a simple reed oil diffuser that's perpetually on sale at Walmart for $5 bottle, lasts 30+ days, and does not look like a those cheap dollar store twist-up air fresheners that looks like a cross between a toilet wax ring, a fly trap, and a skyscraper Smurf house.

@Eli JacksonPhoenix needs RV Parks, everything they have are 55 and older parks, none for families or workers.We came here to work on some Walmart’s and Sherwin Williams and we had to go to a park in Casa Grand, because there were no parks in Phoenix or surrounding area.We ended moving out here and thought about the same thing, starting up a RV Park that was family orientated.We had to work in Scottsdale, Mesa, Tempe, and Phoenix and had to drive from Casa Grand.

Keep in mind When your only charging folks 500 -550 for a two bedroom apartment,you don’t necessarily need the tenant to be a lawyer or a doctor lol you can actually do quite well even if they work at Walmart or Wendy’s or disability everyone can afford the rent Your appreciation might not ever happen .
