@Jacob Ziegler - With established wholesalers spending 5+ figures a month in advertising (direct mail, SEO, PPC...) you are on the right track - networking to find off market deals.

This depends on your market, your niche, how much you want to spend on marketing, what and how much you spend on SEO, is the market a buyers or sellers market.

I am making an effort for 2017 to put more time to help drive SEO results to both our websites. 

The company is web based, and uses some proprietary method of SEO and google ad-words to find and identify motivated buyers.  

I've heard that farming geo areas is the best way to go and I highly doubt my SEO skills will work because I def don't have the resources to out rank the national companies that make money selling leads to realtors like Trulia, Redfin, Zillow, Zippy among others.

SEO? 

They do have good SEO and PR people, though, similar to Freedom Mentor.  

I have just invested a considerable amount of money on learning lead generation, website design, and SEO for my consulting side of my business. 

Also I'm looking for some SEO help.
