(Like stay in bed the whole day and read a book or watch movies).Of course my family helps me, but I am just mentally tired, I think.I want to go into my childhood when my main job was to go swim at the local lake and clean the house on Saturdays..How do you guys balance your life?

To quote one of the greatest movies ever, you need to "make 'em an offer they can't refuse" and incentivize them to vacate and abide by the new terms you put in your new contract.  

@Remington Lyman above, gave me some feedback early on that was helpful - just watch some sales movies and mimic those guys. 

We hired a professional muralist to create a scene form the Repunzel movie as well as add some 3D effects such as a tree with leaves and lanterns that hang from the ceiling.

I have black out curtains in those rooms so I can still get the same effect of a dedicated room once it is time to watch your movie.  

I've seen this..umm..movie.

It would make an interesting feature in a movie where the main character lived.And he could have a secret car that no one knows about...with a huge V8 from before the motor laws.All black and covered in special paint that could go invisible at the touch of a button on the dash.Well if you put it in movie besides building it, you can have my movie rights to the secret car idea (seriously).I'm serious, you might be able to sell this to Hollywood...and make more money--easier.But apartments already have amenities and in places like NYC there are shops below them--so it seems doable.Big numbers run though, full scale gym, etc...Just my 2 cents. 

He wanted a house within walking distance of a movie theater, a cross-fit gym and a grocery store.

I like eating out in restaurants, boating, golf, pets, horses, watching strongman competitions, grilling out, having, and going to, dinner parties, watching old movies, classic cars, music/concerts, eating healthy.  

It will be cost effective and at least the space will still be wide open in case I decide to remove the bunk beds and make it into a movie room, second living room, or a separate studio style STR somewhere down the line.
