When was the last music venue built and what types of acts are coming through?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.It was previously a wedding venue and could potentially be one again.

This is our method to introduce this in a very small way while we continue to leverage additional uses of shipping containers such as mobile pop-up venues, shops, kitchens, urban agriculture, etc.

Is this is proper venue for networking?

I look at the economy, sports venues, concert venues, etc and I look to create a listing marketed to these people according to the season that they are coming. 

The lake, schools, and short drive to the city and other marketable venues stabilize the advantages of those areas.

ReviewsOf course it's wonderful if the property management company has excellent reviews by both tenants and investors on Google and Facebook and other venues, however keep in mind that in property management, there are going to be a number of upset tenants.
