I've only been messing around with Stessa for 2 or 3 days but I am liking the user interface and find the whole thing fairly intuitive. 

It is a comprehensive software that can handle all of your bookkeeping needs, including rental property management, income and expenses tracking, and financial reporting.QuickBooks Online is specifically designed for small businesses and has a user-friendly interface that makes it easy to navigate and use.

The reason behind we prefer to use this software is that its hassle free, featured with the user friendly and calendar based interface which makes it an intuitive tool to work with.

Beyond pricing has a better interface but I believe pricelabs has better functionality. 

Stessa’s intuitive interface makes it easy to use for anyone, even for those who aren’t especially tech-savvy.

Furthermore the interface for this isn't integrated well into the RentRedi and is not front and center.

My husband is writing code for an iPad interface to allow customers to do it all on their own.

I use Cozy.co and they have a pretty good online interface, but I'm not aware of a fully functioning app in the works.  

The content is good, the interface is simple and effective, and their customer support is ridiculously good!

Sure, one may have better customer service, or points, or user interface, but at the end of the day they'll all get the job done.
