To me, if you own 3 house, you may not at all be desperate or motivated.

Scammers like this feed off of landlords' desperation in hard times so don't start to compromise your process just to put a warm body in your units.

That is COMPLETELY bogus.Not because someone owes nothing on their house will the chances be greater they are in desperate need to sell their house for far below market value.People think that a list is some mystical legendary scroll, that magically increases the chances to get a lead.It is utterly ridiculous.Yeah sure you can combine the criteria, and hopes you have better chances.

My only concern with your initial post is it is encouraging landlords on this website to turn towards free market ideals in a time that desperately needs communal effort to help everyone.

Not to say they don't hit low points, but generally they don't ever come across as desperate.
