We attend the LAREIA meeting in San Gabriel that has a good representation of mobile home flippers and note investors so you should make a point to attend that one if getting in for yourself sounds appealing.

@Gabriel Benavidez the owner may not be "aware" but if you have it tested and it comes back positive, then the home owner legally has to disclose it to the next buyer, if your deal falls through.
