Is it possible and worthwhile to quickly set up a new LLC with S election, sell the property to the new S-corp at full cost (purchase plus rehab), and then flip it from the S-corp so any gain would be there?

it is no news here that BRRRR is an awesome Real Estate strategy that build wealth and cash flow by recycling and growing capital. it is something investors have been doing for years and are still obviosly doing today.
