I have lived on the shoreline for 28 years.Bridgeport is terrible, New Haven (also known as Pistol Waving New Haven) is awful coupled with the highest property taxes 2nd to Hartford.

Flat does a better job at hiding waves in the drywall or nail pops that can happen.Walls would be fine with either flat or eggshell.

Some bigger banks here in FL offer ELOCs on rentals but I'm worried I'll run into seasoning requirements.Can anyone recommend an institution or broker that doesn't season, or can a good rental contact on a F&C property persuade the big banks to wave seasoning?
