Equity Line for Rental Property
I inherited a SFH Four months ago at it rents June 1. Some bigger banks here in FL offer ELOCs on rentals but I'm worried I'll run into seasoning requirements.
Can anyone recommend an institution or broker that doesn't season, or can a good rental contact on a F&C property persuade the big banks to wave seasoning?
