It sounds like you've got some dialing for dollars to do in order to drum up money.

As an investor who recently decided to just get my real estate license and be done with it, I look forward to learning from both sides of the coin.I do believe Carlos is an agent, not an investor, and was looking to learn more about the skills investors look for so that he could make sure he has those skills in order to drum up their business.

It sucks when I get my sales, and have to hustle the buy side to drum up the next deal.

I remember looking at all sorts of success stories about people that had managed to drum up investors and hard money loans to buy, flip, improve, sell and do well.  

However, the choice to have high leverage and low reserves go hand and hand with maximizing return, which has been the drum beat of this forum for years.

I know some of the cottages have been there for 50+ years and may have 50 gallon drums for septic tanks.

I have it even worse than that , I let a woman move in with me and there are 2 boys , they are noisy and messy , they turn up the TV too loud , play on the drums , and pee on the toilet seat .
