Golf carts kinda fall into that category of bikes, kayaks and boats.I did a quick search and there are plenty of insurers that offer golf cart liability insurance. https://www.insurance.com/other-insurance/golf-cart-insuranc...It seems to be pretty cheap.

And even in areas with stagnating prices, rent rates have still gone up.You can also get some of the rentals at a discount through the note, so even if you're not an expert landlord you get the houses cheap enough that you can't really mess up.

@Bob Mai wow, interesting how biased your post is.Their 4% is only if you PREPAY their fees for 12 months, otherwise 6% monthly. They have a minimum of $75/month, which means if your property rents for less than ($75/6%) $1250/month, you will pay more than 6%.They use Latchel for maintenance issues - Latchel is not cheap and there's a kickback in there somewhere. There's a list of extra fees for extra services and there's a lot they do not handle. You get what you pay for, so good luck.

The thing that is appalling and quite disturbing is that he calls himself your friend and gains your trust only to dismiss you like a cheap suit after he has taken your cash and moved on to the next "friend".

I don't know if you're aware but luxury hotel rooms are often super cheap in that country so I'm not sure how you'd compete and make any decent income.

We have tried the add-ons like grocery delivery, tube rentals for rafting nearby, charcuterie boards, etc and have gotten ZERO interest.

It's not cheap, but after making a couple of bad hires, I think it's well worth it.

. $400 for a 2-day rental of an 11-yard dumpster might seem high, but it’s important to consider what’s included (delivery, pickup, disposal fees) and whether there are any weight limits.Alternative Options:Bagster Bags: These are large, disposable bags that you fill with debris and arrange for pickup.Junk Removal Services: Some companies specialize in hauling away specific types of debris.
