You are going to be dealing with a real cutie that isn't house broken for a number of months, chews on everything, must dig in your back/front yard, etc. etc. etc..I know this doesn't answer your question about requiring them to spay/neuter the adult dogs but I just wanted to point out the potential destructive ability of a puppy (and just in case you think I'm an animal hater, I've worked in greyhound rescue, have rescued dogs myself and am currently in cat rescue).Gail

Unless you fully understand what these properties entail it is best to look in other areas.I know people that do incredibly well but I also meet people who get chewed up and spit out of these areas quite often.
