were it gets good was like this week.. she had a listing on a home buyer comes in they want to buy they liked her so she was a dual agent then they list their home with her.. she gets lucky and finds the buyer of that house. so she doubled ended both of them and even giving a break on commish which she does in those situations. it was still a just under 35k pay day for her last Friday.. and 2 sets of happy folks.
