It’s true that many property management companies are now incorporating tenant benefit packages as part of their offerings.

Just like everyone, we want to build wealth that is sustainable and I know that real estate is the way but I'm not sure how to get rolling.

We run into this especially at out parcels in grocery anchored centers, and our users generally can't make a ground lease work for the business case so the next best thing does tend to be the BTS or we often do Reverse BTS deals where the majority of the building design and management etc is done by the tenant. 

Would love feedback from anyone with personal investing and/or property management experience in these cities.
