This whole thing is layers of problems, and altogether it equals one giant Equity Stripping with Federal Fraud cake. hey, it's your life, you feel arguing is the way to go don't let me stop you, I will just say good luck arguing with authorities on it, I doubt they are going to give a squat for any justifications you have.
