@Tanya F. not sure if you have a landscaper servicing the property but you could always ask them if they can help.

Regardless of the color of the house it will still look plain with out landscaping.

The 30 day mark has passed and from her 1250 deposit I deducted $50 for failure to remove trash and $210 for failure to maintain landscaping.  

Hello BP Community,In advance of the first snow fall we are looking for a landscaper or snow removal company to contract with to shovel/salt our multi unit properties in Chicago this 2017-2018 winter season. 

Do a renovation, fix the landscaping, etc.

That picture was one I took from the interweb when I was gathering ideas for landscaping for a property I was flipping many years ago. 

Within the last two months I did what I thought was making my home “renter proof” got rid of carpet, added new appliances, repaired and painted walls, fixed up the landscaping for some visual appeal.

They also improved the landscaping.  

The tenants rental property will cover all of their personal belongings and since you are using a PM company I would assume you will not be keeping any landscaping equipment, tools or possessions at the premises to need that much coverage.

Then I worked with David Meeks to find a few properties, understand the residential RE landscape in each city, and review a few properties.
