Building a reliable network of contractors is one of my main goals for this year to help me scale up moving forward.

Networking is always a great idea.  

City Wide property mgt is who I deal with and honestly when I ask for real numbers and updates I get a lot of BS run around sales talk speech. 

From what I’ve heard, they’re fantastic for networking and picking up local insights.

Bigger Pockets is a great place for education and networking. 

Networking with local investors and building relationships can also open doors to joint ventures or mentorship opportunities.

I only have one deal under my belt so far which was a double-wide house flip.

Funny enough, after making a few calls to my network in Scottsdale, plus tapping into a couple of connections I’d developed through some late-night investor meetups, we found a buyer quicker than he could polish off his morning espresso.

Like the Martel folks currently who charge 15k or so to tie into their network..

I highly recommend attending real estate networking events to meet more people is this space and pick their brain and learn more from their projects and see what is working and what is not.
