Hi Juan- I'm not the expert on large complexes, I have 10 one bedroom apartments two of which are efficiency...while I'm a different neighborhood completely they earn very consistently but due to the more dynamic characteristics of single adults to pair up and paired adults to either have increased income trading up to larger units or creating children and moving up due to necessity- these are in a constant state of flux so require more attention.I prefer to rent to those on a fixed income with average expectations and a low interest in relocation.

I wish I could post a picture because mine was showing visually the same benefits, even the plus tab was using the word PRO in its benefits list. went ahead and got PRO because I knew it “should” offer more, what was being advertised to me on my iPhone was identical benefits.

I also built one home on 46 Aiken that was bought by Shep who is on the TV show Southern Charm.. he is the poster child of what is happening .. .but in the rental markets of the mid west these old dynamics are at play and still going the wrong way.. this is why so many get wiped out when they buy super low end properties.http://www.postandcourier.com/article/20141018/PC16/141019444
