I am moving back to reality, where homes are 250k-350k for your average blue collar home vs 850-1.2 million for Surrey Blue color homes.

Well, based on that theory Wayne, they can just throw any number they like out of the blue, at any time they want! 

I like the good access to the Blue Line to downtown and relative stability of the neighborhood.  

Had a tenant do this once - they were moving out of my apartment and their child spilled a blue ink toner cartridge on the carpet.
