Here is a link to that podcast  while docusign is popular it is not universal with agents.. there are about 4 or 5 other electronic sigs . like dotloop and many others that are in the MLS system and are NOT docusign.

Many that I've talked to are now working their own acquisition strategies using call centers, etc. to take cold and warm lists to hotter and then focusing more time speaking directly with potential motivated sellers from those hot lists, rather than using a wholesaler (or any other middle man) to source deals.

I would say housing around the campus, nice hotels, restaurants, or the hospital might be good options to look at.Another good response I found"One rule of thumb is to look at Google Maps, plot out the walk to campus and see if it passes through areas with cafes/restaurants and/or major office or university buildings.

In one of the closets, The contractor said he bought a cleaning supply called fabuloso, then warmed it or heated it up, and let it sit in the closet so the fresh smell got absorbed by the walls?
