Just wondering but how much smart home technology have you added to your locations like video doorbell, smart lock or smart thermostat? How much would you increase the rent by?

Did they just survey $200K/year tech workers in gated communities?

Is there any other software out there that is a little more user-friendly , as Ive been in contact with Podio and having a hard time as there is no direct phone contact for tech support.

I think he's a Sgt E5 - has a tech type job in logistics or for all I know he flys a drone and blows people up all day as we have some sort of tech center where they do that on the local Airbase. 

@Seth Borman: From your experience you might be right but from my experience as a licensed AC tech for the past 7 years i'm sure i'm wrong.

(Los Angeles wouldn't be my first choice to have a rental due to the amount of capital it ties up but with all the tech companies moving down to this area, it's making us consider a longer-term strategy.)

Atlanta is growing like crazy and though I doubt we'll get Amazon, there is a new announcement of a tech company moving here seemingly every day.
