Wyoming LLCs are looking less awesome I'd say...You can basically substitute any state that you aren't doing business in and you get the same results.

They would get a % of the deal (cash flow, etc...) and you would be substituting a cash buy in partner's share for a loan (which you can't get now).

I agree with you  but to me its more about maintenance and amenities  then furniture although there is no substitute in a vacation rental  for comfortable beds.
