Any travel nurse is a brother or sister in my field, so my plan is to make sure their housing is everything they could imagine in comfort and necessity be met.  

After being turned over to Morris Invest agent (and Sister of Natali Morris) Linzi Del Conti (Transaction Coordinator) for further updates, I was never kept informed of any progress unless I constantly requested information from her.

It's not just for travel nurses.

We will be absentee investor/owners but of course will travel to the markets when necessary. 2) We are particularly interested in C-grade homes/condos located in B-grade neighbourhoods. 

I HAVE considered STRs as well as Med-Term rentals (travelling pros) and am not opposed to them, but it's an area of real estate I know far less about. 

@Eric Bilderback is your STR in the Sisters-Bend area?

Set your travel boundries first... local, regional, state wide, multi state, etc. 

Maybe they raise some equity direct from immediate family (IE - mom/dad/sister/brother/grandparents/uncles/aunts/cousins), but the majority of the skin in the game is the GP's own.
