If you have investors that want to earn immediate gains then go find a property to flip.Then you can continue to look for new investors geared towards wanting an income stream as opposed to a relatively shorter term gain.Finding investors who trust you is hard enough and since it appears you may have you should consider altering your investment strategy to accommodate their needs and wants.

I offer a shorter term lease if it suits me- if I am trying to get the turnover date to line up with the best season- later August, or if it already doesn't turn over in August I might offer a shorter term.

They have recently made a resurgence and sink manufactures have begun making new sinks that look like a farm sink but really just have the front and top and they sit in the cabinet, instead of on top of a shorter one.
