The way most due on sale clauses are worded now, the minute you assign the beneficial interest to the LLC in order to shift the liability you will have violated the clause.

It would appear there may be a slight shift happening up there but Hagerstown is still more or less a blemish to MD city list's.  

millennials are just starting to have kids and are going to get to an age where they care about their kids schools etc and it will be far too costly in the city to sustain.so you read it here, mark it down, we are going to see a shift

Just trying to understand if global impacts such as this one are things to take notice of as a potential contender in a market shift.
