Hi everyone,I'm hoping someone with direct experience or knowledge of this area might be able to shed some light.

Are there any female investors (particularly in the Atlanta area...but I'd be happy to get insight from anyone, no matter your gender or geographical location) that can shed some light on how you are treated, whether it be fair or unfair as well as any tips you have on getting other investors and members of the real estate community to take you as seriously as one of the guys?

Can anyone shed some light for me on how to use notes in real estate investing?

So, to some degree it seems like they are shedding those markets where they don't see good growth over the long term.

It is in Menafeehas a double wide trailer she lives in, it has a studio rental on the property and two corrals, also two big storage sheds, (200sqft and 1000sqft).

My solar light is an outside porch light cost about $80 and my husband installed shed power for the scouts with a relatively cheap solar panel- it was just a bulb or two. 

I wish some would shed some light.
