You could go to the CNAREA website and search for members in your area(s) of interest.  

I have email auto-responders that provide info and links to our website, walk-thru videos and a short application form when someone makes an initial inquiry. 

Go to local court website (or in person if necessary) and look up landlord-tenant docket.
