Generally I start the nagging emails and texts after about the 15th of the month and depending on the response I deliver notice by the 18th.

I'm struggling to generate extra lead flow from builders, mostly because it's so difficult to identify folks that are doing ground up, business purpose construction.

@Alex V. you've got some good responses above but this specific forum is more for residential stuff. 

However, as Zane mentioned in his response, another option is to consult with a lawyer who specializes in appealing property taxes.
