Representing both buyers and sellers. 

I also posted on some other websites like CIMLS, and a representative from CoStar group gave me a call and added my listings to CoStar's site (after I joined Loopnet)I am yet to see any results after upgrading to Loopnet, but I was wondering if there was anything big that I'm missing.

my clients that I help fund and finance in this asset class all SELF MANAGE.. there is no way you can make a profit having to pay 3rd party for management and maintenance and leasing fee's.. tenants are too tough and too transient this is why the thread on Morris invest is such a joke at least the way those assets are being catagorized and represented to innocent investors..

Also, there are eviction attorneys in Iowa so in assuming they must be allowed to represent their clients.

There is tons of great information here and the Memphis community represented on the site is top notch!

My problems were as follows:I asked them (and have the email correspondence to prove it) to do the annual renewal of the home owner's insurance and their representative said they'll do so.  

I do happen to represent one who has a special product for foreign nationals.On the investment side, I am big proponent of Texas obviously because of a good mix of decent cash flow and appreciation, affordability, no state income tax and great landlord laws. 

I'll also need this lawyer to represent during an eviction.
